Preparation of realization of completion of clinical hematology, University Hospital Brno

The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.

Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building in Brno

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.

The subject of the Bachelor Thesis is the technological stage of the superstructure carcass of an apartment house in Brno. For this stage, the following documents have been worked out: the construction progress schedule, the item budget with the bill of quantities, the technical report and the drawings of the site plant, the technological regulation, the assessment of transport routes, the design of the machine setup, the inspection and test plan, and the occupational safety.

Construction-technological project of Ayurvedic pavilion in Počátky

The diploma thesis deals with realization of an Ayurvedic pavilion in the premises of Saint Katerina Resort. The proposed new compound is designed to extend the leisure services of the Saint Katerina Resort in Počátky. The feasibility study of the main technological stages of the project is solved in this diploma thesis. The construction of the object is described in the technical report. Both a detailed itemized budget of the construction and a detailed timetable to show the duration of each process is elaborated for the construction technology project. Futhermore, the design of site construction equipment, design of machine assembly, time deployment of machines and staff balance is elaborated. The project includes a technological regulation of the realization of the skeleton supporting frame structure and both control and test schedule. The work safety for the assembly of the wooden building supporting frame is composed.

Apartment building in Ivančice - building technology project

The goal of this thesis is a construction technological project of an apartment building in Ivančice. The work focuses on the graphic visualisation of earth and foundation works progress and consequently on the item budget and timetable for construction works. Technological regulation for earth and foundation works with the changes on foundation constructions, organization of the construction, construction site equipment plan, draft of the main machinery and mechanisms are also part of this work. Technical report, coordination layout with a description of transport options, schedule, and financial plan are also part of this thesis.

LD Seating production hall - construction technology project

The aim of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project on the production and assembly hall LD Seating in Boskovice u Brna. The solution is influenced by the existing hall in the area of the investor, where there will be a future new building. Based on this fact, the appropriate measures are chosen. The project puts emphasis on the off-road transport and the technological process of assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete hall, which will be solved from the financial and time point of view. The workflow will be affected by machine assembly, site facilities, and wider transport relationships. The project also solves the concept of the whole issue as a whole. All building objects are taken into account. Based on this, an object schedule and budget are developed.

Optimization of Price of Building Object

This work deals with a price optimalization of a family house. The aim is to replace in item budget materials influencing construction price, the quality, however, being kept or improved. There have been chosen three budget items which are compared with alternative solution, considering their price and heat permeability coefficient. Final assessment focuses on either leaving or replacing the originally proposed materials.
